CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

IADT does hereby undertake to observe the confidentiality agreement in respect of Internet data.

In view of the aforesaid, the information collection and exchange procedures that we apply in our Site, are hereinafter stated:

•  Data requested from users

To be a registered user or to provide you the service of appointments registration, we kindly request you the following data: name and surname, address, phone, e-mail address, health insurance coverage.

•  Use of Requested Data

We request your data, to be able to contact you in case it proves necessary, to offer you the services we provide to users, to send you information you may request from us, to carry out surveys among users, etc.

All data we gather, enable us to analyse the visits to the Site and organize the services we offer, in view of a personalized criteria.

IADT shall not reveal to third parties, the data that may identify users, without their prior consent, except in case of legal and/or judicial order or duty concerning said data and/or, when in view of the specific conditions of the case, the interest and property of IADT and/or of users must receive pertinent protection.

IADT may only share statistical information as to the use of the Site, with those who make and analyse the Site and/or with advertisers, to better adapt the contents of the Site to users' needs and to understand the demographic data from its public.

•  Contact Information

We use your IP address with demographic ends, to make information more precise and get statistical and general data about our Site. By using information to this end, we guarantee that no specific user shall be identified.

Likewise, we use your IP address to help determine any problem with our server and better manage our Site.

The Site may use “cookies”, small files that may contain information about the user and that provide information as regards the number of visitors to the Site, area of interest, visited pages, etc.; aiming to improve the contents of the Site and adapt it to users´ requests.

Users may adapt their navigator, so that it warns about cookies sending and deactivates the same. In said case, users may perhaps not access all sections or services of the Site.

The server does not write cookies. It is the customers' own navigator, the one that files cookies in the hard disk, for this reason, users may reject cookies from their navigators or from an increasing number of softwares.

Users accept that the Site sends information via e-mail to inform about news or to provide services (e-mails, newsletters). In case users do not want to go on receiving mails, they shall inform said decision to: iadt@iadt.com.

4. Links to other Sites

IADT provides links to other sites. IADT is not liable for the confidentiality policy, information management and/or contents of said sites.

5. Users' Options

Users may at any moment and with prior communication to the Site:

•  Request more information about data management and Site operation.

•  Withdraw from our database.

•  Inform that they are no longer interested in receiving information from us.

•  Modify initially given information.

6. New information use

Any modifications to the Site regarding users' data collection and management, shall be informed in this sector. The continuity in the use of the Site on the part of users, shall be considered as their acceptance of said modifications.
